This enables a business model shift where Enterprises move from ‘Buy and Build’ to ‘Subscription’ model of service delivery where they can discover, transact and deliver services online.
DigitalXC was founded in 2018 with a vision to digitize IT Services and move them online where it can be transacted through a Service Exchange. IT services industry today is operating in a legacy mode and has lot of inefficiencies in the way services are discovered, sourced and delivered. The entire process is very complex, custom, labour intensive, takes a lot of time and effort for both service providers and customers. If we look back at Consumer world most of the services are productized, digitized, accessible through an Appstore and are zero touch.
