The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B technology sales, strong networks across the IT services ecosystem, and the ability to position AI and automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and new customer and partner acquisition across India.
- Build and manage relationships with IT services companies, system integrators, consulting firms, and large enterprise accounts.
- Create opportunities across AI automation, IT operations, service desk transformation, self-service workflows, AI copilots, and agentic AI use cases.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Leadership teams to align proposals, demos, value propositions, and statements of work.
- Develop account strategies, deal plans, proposal responses (RFP/RFI), and competitive win themes.
- Strengthen DigitalXC’s market presence through meetings, events, partner programs, and executive engagements.
- Provide accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and structured reporting to leadership.
- 10–18 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in India.
- Strong background selling to or through IT services providers and system integrators (e.g., Tech Mahindra, Birlasoft, SLK, HCL, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant).
- Experience selling IT Automation, AI platforms, AIOps, enterprise SaaS, or IT operations solutions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems including ServiceNow, M365, identity platforms, integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ranging from ₹1–20 Cr+.
- Strong network of CXO, VP, and Delivery leaders across the IT services landscape.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage full end-to-end sales responsibilities.
Automation Engineer
