    Devops/Automation Engineer

    Location: Chennai or Bangalore, India

    This person would be responsible for design, build; administration of devops tools that are part of our platform and creating a reusable automation library for customers. Setup customer specific automation environments, configure and test new use cases etc.

    Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

    • Work with customers to identify devops/automation use cases and work on creating re-usable automation scripts for the same
    • Install and configure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Stackstorm, Jenkins etc.
    • Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools
    • Design and build application environments on private/public cloud platforms
    • Administering devops and config management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins Spinnaker, etc.
    • Build and maintain re-usable CI/CD pipeline templates
    • Create a re-usable automation repository, test and maintain these scripts
    • Troubleshoot and fix any issues with Devops tools; automation scripts
    Ideal candidate would be someone who comes with:

    • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • 4 to 6 yrs experience in Devops/Automation domain
    • Prior experience in managing devops for large and complex environments
    • Hands-on experience and good to expert level knowledge in the following tools Terraform, Ansible, Stackstorm, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes; Packer (Mandatory experience in microservices world with at least 1 of these automation tools)
    • Hands-on experience in at least one of the major cloud platforms and their native services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Engine)
    • Hands-on experience/knowledge on other private cloud, IaaS, PaaS platforms like VMWare, OpenStack, etc would be an added advantage
    • Experience with scripting tools like Bash, Windows Powershell, etc.

    Test Automation Developer

    Location: Chennai or Bangalore, India

    The person would be responsible for developing test automation strategy and implementing the same. He will be working with the developers and product managers to identify and create test plans and automate it.

    Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

    • Create a high level test automation strategy
    • Work with developers and product managers to understand the requirement, identify and develop test plans, timelines
    • Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing.
    • Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for various Software Cafeteria products; i.e., perform automated dynamic testing.
    • Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
    • Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
    • Designing & writing test automation scripts
    • Work with Developers and product managers to develop solutions for any issues faced during testing
    • Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
    • Update test execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly-scheduled test status updates
    • System testing – Identify test cases and automate system testing
    • API testing – identify API test cases and automate API testing
    • Integration testing – Identity integration testing use cases and automate integration testing
    • Regression testing – Identity regression testing use cases and automate regression testing
    Ideal candidate would be someone who comes with:

    • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • 4 to 6 yrs experience in Automated testing in a product company
    • Hands-on Experience, Medium to good knowledge on Selenium/Cucumber
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java
    • Excellent mathematical and problem solving skills
    • Detail oriented individual
